Aileen Gilroy Named In Irish Senior Squad

All at Castlebar Celtic were delighted to learn that Aileen Gilroy has been called in Sue Ronan’s Irish Senior squad for the upcoming Cyrus Cup which takes place from 6^th to 13^th March. Ireland will play New Zealand, South Korea and Switzerland in the group stages. This is a wonderful achievement by the former Killala star that has yet to be capped at senior level, but has represented Ireland at U17 and U19 level. The Clubs Senior Manager Adrian Carberry was delighted to learn the news and stated it was no more than the player deserved.
